The Anchors - The Secrets of Psychology Simply Explained
Most companies believe that each department has its distinct set of objectives and demands, and using a uniform approach to training may not be the best solution for meeting these needs. However, this is a common misconception. Who says training has to be a one-size-fits-all approach? It's time to debunk the myth that each department requires its own tailored training program. In fact, offering cross-departmental training can be a game-changer for your organization.
Picture this: Employees from various departments coming together for joint training programs. They share their experiences and unique perspectives, all while gaining a deeper understanding of the organization's goals and challenges. The result? A culture of collaboration and teamwork, better communication, and improved efficiency. By breaking down silos and promoting synergies between departments, you're creating a stronger and more united organization. So let's toss out that old-fashioned training approach and embrace the power of shared learning!
Introduction Call: The first step in our cross-departmental training process is an introduction call, where we will discuss your group's unique requirements and goals. I want to learn all about your challenges, your problems as well as what is currently working really well for you. This call will allow me to understand your position, challenges needs to tailor our training approach accordingly.
Within 2 business days, you will receive your individual training plan and a binding offer sent to you by email.
Evaluation and Tailor-made Training Plan: Based on the information gathered during the introduction call, our expert trainers will evaluate your group's needs and design a tailor-made training plan. This plan will be customized to meet the specific needs of your group and will include topics that are directly relevant to your challenges and goals.
Now it's up to you to change and adjust our plan again or to book it bindingly, so that your team can be trained. You will find all necessary information and links in the email.
Training Execution: At our interdepartmental training courses, we offer flexible options for executing training programs in your office or online. For in-office training programs I need a suitable meeting room or space that can accommodate the participants comfortably. It should also provide any necessary audio and visual equipment. I also recommend having a whiteboard or flip chart available for brainstorming activities.
Our virtual training sessions are designed to be interactive with opportunities for discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive exercises.
After completing a cross-departmental training program, participants may benefit from continued support and guidance to apply their new skills and knowledge to their day-to-day work. That's where our mentorship program comes in. Whether they need advice, feedback, improvements, follow-up training or simply someone to talk to about their progress, I am available for the entire teams via phone, email or Zoom.
The mentorship program includes the entire team and can be booked individually for 2-6 months.
