For me as a real "Hamburger Jung", ports and seafaring have always held a special meaning. The atmosphere. The sound. The people. As a young boy, anchors had a special, almost mystical attraction for me. This fascination has not disappeared to this day. Throughout our lives we drop many anchors. Our parents, the partner we choose, our children, our career, or our hometown are just some of them. In professional life, these important anchors are often experienced colleagues, superiors or company management, loyal customers and contacts. We often don't realize how important it is to have these anchors or we just take them for granted.
